BUDDHA FUTURE TRAILER

Buddha Future is a film dedicated to finding unity in diversity. The film is a collaboration of many Tibetan Buddhist Masters and youth from diverse religions and backgrounds discussing the topics of peace and universal responsibility. This film has been developed with a sincere hope that we as a human society can enhance our way of life through the interdependence of compassion and wisdom as it is taught on the Bodhisattva path.

Dharamsala India - June 2008
3 Sponsors - one from Scotland, one from Germany and one from California - gave 100 (Pounds, Euros, Dollars) each. The Total was almost 18000 Indian Rupies.
We had the quest of spending that money on some Conscious Action.
With the help of Charlee, an American who teaches English at Gyuto Monastery, we bought schoolbooks (English and Tibetan), dictionaries, notebooks, pencils, charts and pictures of the Dalai Lama, which the teachers and students wanted in their classrooms.
Thus we provided material for 120 Monks.

Operation Dhana
Bodhgaya India - January 7th 2007
Due to the great kindness and care of His Holiness the Karmapa for the local community, Operation Dhana was coordinated to supply food to over a thousand people in the local villages of Bihar India, the place where Buddha reached enlightenment.

The first charity we did in India. Through community donations, over one ton of Atta (flour) was delivered to the local tent village on the birthday of the great Indian saint, Padmasambhava-Guru Rinpoche.
